We listen, act, and transform
I’m a bilingual (English & Español) maternal mental health therapist specializing in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, motherhood, and the many identity and relationship changes that can come with these seasons. My work in this field grew from both my professional experience and my own journey through motherhood, infertility, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. These experiences strengthened my commitment to creating the kind of support I believe every mother deserves: compassionate, practical, personalized, and free of judgment.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, mom rage, guilt, relationship challenges, difficult transitions, and the feeling of losing themselves while caring for everyone else. My approach combines evidence-based therapy, emotional processing, practical tools, psychoeducation, and nervous-system regulation, always adapted to each client’s needs and pace.
At Mom’s Place, therapy is designed to feel different from a traditional clinical setting. Sessions are 75 minutes long and take place in a comfortable, baby-friendly space where mothers can slow down, feel cared for, and focus on themselves without needing to apologize for bringing their baby or having a difficult day. My goal is for every client to leave feeling understood, more grounded, and equipped with meaningful tools to move forward.
